This full-day immersion invites you into a journey of embodiment, connection, and ceremony as we embrace this seasonal change with purpose and love.
We hold the intention of creating an experience that supports this Autumn time of journeying more inward and finidng peace. Together we create a field of releasing & Cleansing followed by experiences intending to fill us up, soften the edges, and open to the beauty of being fully alive.
The day has a beautifully curated flow that weaves through sound, transformational breath work, song, deep inquiry, and creativity designed to pave the way back to the aligned current of vitality and truth
A nourishing lunch is provided as part of this beautiful day.
We open the day in ceremony, we hold the vibration of ceremony all day, and we close the day in ceremony with reflection and ritual to anchor this experience and carry its light forward into your life.

This is held @ the serene sanctuary of Rachel Flower's Home in Incline Village. This home, overlooking the lake, offers a private and undisturbed container for women to come together in authentic connection and remembrance.

Pelvic Floor Bodywork for Women
A Sacred Space to Connect more fully to all parts of yourself.
Our bodies hold stories—of birth, love, loss, pleasure, and pain. Sometimes these experiences leave imprints in the pelvic floor, showing up as tension, scar tissue, numbness, or discomfort. Over time, this can create distance from our own vitality, sensuality, and ease.
Through women’s specific bodywork, I offer a gentle and intentional space to:
• Release stored tension and unwanted energy
• Soften and clear scar tissue or pain from childbirth
• Restore balance and create freedom in the pelvic bowl
• Open to deeper connection, pleasure, and self-trust
• Cultivate a loving relationship with all parts of yourself
This work is not just about releasing what no longer serves...it is about reclaiming your wholeness. Each session is a sacred invitation to come home to your body, honor your story, and open into the possibility of more freedom, aliveness, and joy.
Each session is catered specifically to you with a 2 hr experience for the first session.

Here, you are held in a space of acceptance and support, free to share, grow, and step fully into your power.
In a fun, exploratory, and safe environment, you’ll experience the strength of sisterhood—lifting one another as you rise. To close our journey, we will integrate our experience with a deeply restorative sound healing session, allowing the vibrations to anchor your transformation and bring a sense of harmony and wholeness.
