With over two and a half decades of deep diving into Psychology, Tantra, and Various Embodiment practices, I have cultivated a passionate that experientially coaches you through your own discoveries of how to become fully alive. This is not “spiritually bypassing” It is having the courage to get closer to your triggers and blockages that create static in your intimate lives.

✨Can you breathe into these edges in a loving and non dualistic way in order to open the frequency of more freedom and pleasure?

     In reality, our relationships and drive to create them ebb and flow depending on many aspects of life. Ecstatic States, Seasonal shifts, Astrology, Stress, Grief, and Successes can all effect how we relate to ourselves and to others. It is unrealistic to think the more challenging aspects of life won’t show up from time to time. It’s all in how we move through them, how our perspective makes sense of them, and the courage and wisdom fuels our journey in a loving way. This is intimacy with life! 

🌹From the “work” of cleansing, we explore being more playful and aware of the things that you desire both in the bedroom and in life. You dissolve the “patterns” that are often created in intimate settings and allow new ways of sensing to arise. 

🌹You drop into present states more easily and allow intimacy & pleasure to show itself to you. To show itself to you and as you become more and more receptive of taking in every drop!  

How this works

•  We start with an introductory 3 session package works with deep connection through body and energy as a means for more intimacy and desire in your life!  This package is laying down some of the foundational pieces of tantra that you will be able to continually grow and expand from.

• From here, we create a second course specifically designed for your hopes and needs moving forward as a couple. There is possibility to explore  more communication, more devotion, more presence, more spark and/or more fire! 

~This can be in person or on zoom~

Private two or three day retreats are available in Tahoe or your desired location. 

       It is always an honor to work with you as an individual or as a couple. These private sessions are catered to you and are never exactly the same. It’s exciting, it’s rich, and can have a profound effect on your life. Many blessings on your journey towards discovering AND living the life you truly desire.
